Soresto Sherbrooke is hiring! Wanted: Cleaning Operations Manager

The Sherbrooke branch is currently seeking to fill the position of cleaning operations manager. The cleaning operations manager supervises all activities to restore damaged property to its original state. At Soresto Group, our core mission is cleaning and reconstruction, so the operations manager is a key position in the company.

Responsibilities:


•    Assess the work required and prepare estimates for cleaning
•    Prepare and send reports to insurance companies
•    Manage the cleaning team, including their schedules
•    Visit the more complex job sites

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:


•    Valid driver's licence
•    Knowledge of Symbility and Xactimate
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
•    Very good knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
•    IICRC certification is an asset

Finally, the successful candidate must be ready to treat clients with respect and show empathy for the stressful situation they are in. Nobody ever wants a disaster, and it's up to the operations manager to ensure that the client's property is restored quickly and correctly. The operations manager must have flexible availability and be able to work under pressure.
