Project Manager/Estimator

Soresto Group is currently seeking a rare gem to fill a project manager/estimator position at its du Suroîtbranch. In addition to an extraordinary ability to solve problems, the successful candidate will have good negotiation skills, feel empathy for clients experiencing stressful situations and be able to work independently in dynamic environments.

Main duties :

Perform on-site visits of the insured's property
Estimate damages and detail them in the appropriate software
Plan his or her own work schedule
Plan work schedules for carpenters/joiners
Have fun every day

Requirements:

Two years of relevant experience in a related field
A vehicle and a valid Class 5 driver's licence
Experience in the construction industry
Excellent speaking and written communication skills
Knowledge of Simbility or Xactimate software is an asset
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset
Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset
